In one way or another, you often become your own saboteur.
Odd as that might seem, it is, nevertheless, true. In past e-zines and blogs I have spoken about how certain people in your life might demonstrate a lack of support for your weight loss dreams. Unfortunately, on that fateful morning when your first glimpse of the almost-new you invokes thoughts that lead to anxiety or fear, you might as well add your own name to your list of saboteurs.
On that day, you must face the fact that the person in that mirror might not be the person you used to call "you." In fact, after all the inner work you have done, it is highly unlikely that you could remotely resemble the person you were before.
Do not despair however there is a way to lose weight, stop dieting and to feel really good all at the same time. Basically you need to change the way you are looking at food and I mean all food. Not just the chocolate bars, chips and sweets. You need to stop focusing on what you are eating, stop letting your day be ruled by calorie counting, fat grams and sugar and start living each day.
